With this mission, the first project undertaken by CRHT is the Nangi Rural Healthcare Center in Myagdi. This project has been established to some extent with support from Give2Asia Foundation. However, much more needs to be done in terms of making it fully functional. Therefore this proposal has been submitted to further improve the existing condition of Nangi Rural Healthcare Center. The requested support is an amount of NRs. 26, 30,000.00 (Twenty six lakhs and thirty thousand only). |

With the introduction of parliamentary democracy to Nepal in 1990, there were rising expectations that the quality of life and general health would be improved. A clear vision of development would have enabled the government to initiate planning and action to move in this direction, however the government was not adequately prepared. Therefore there was a need for non-governmental organizations to step in to act as a partner of national development. For this reason, phect-NEPAL came into existence in 1991. |
