Project: At present in Nepal we are having growing scarcity of oxygen. In this growing scarcity of oxygen if we have a self producing device like oxygen concentrator which can produce oxygen up to 5 ltr/min then patient can directly benefit from it and do not have to reply on Oxygen plant, oxygen supply and oxygen cylinder from different vendor.

The various goals of the programs is to provide oxygen concentrator and HFNC to various periphery health post, District hospital and even big hospitals for crisis management. So, if we can buy the oxygen concentrator and HFNC the patient can benefit from it. We are planning to give 60% of the items procured outside the valley and 40% inside the valley

This project is needed because as there are very less oxygen supply system, oxygen plant to refill cylinders outside the valley. Providing them with oxygen concentrator and HFNC will benefit the patients in need of oxygen.

There are also various problems arising in Kathmandu valley regarding the Oxygen supply to the patients so with the help of oxygen concentrator and HFNC it will ease the situation of the hospitals in Kathmandu valley.

Organization: America Nepal Medical Foundation – Nepal (ANMF/Nepal) is ANMF/USA's sister organization in Nepal. Although there is no legal connection between the two (beyond memoranda of understanding) they coordinate closely.

America Nepal Medical Foundation-Nepal (ANMF-Nepal) is an organization which consists of a group of reputed doctors and who volunteers in order to strengthen the health care delivery services of Nepal. The board members of ANMF/Nepal are working at different health care systems at National Level and they volunteer in this organization. The ANMF/Nepal implements the projects very efficiently with very less overhead cost. Mainly ANMF/Nepal donates the funds directly to other implementing partners (which are mainly government institutions).
