ANMF supported $100,000 to Nyaya Health Dolakha (Possible) for rebuilding the destroyed health care centers at Dolakha district. Following the devastating earthquake, Nyaya Health Nepal signed MOU with the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) for rebuilding health care in Dolakha district. Based on the needs assessed by the MOHP, Nyaya Health Nepal has committed to build 21 prefabricated health facilities (Type 2) in the District as designed and guided by MOHP. In coordination with the DHO, six sites have been selected for the first batch of reconstruction effort in Dolakha. These sites were selected based serving population. However road accessibility to the sites has also been a biggest determining factor here. Groundwork has started in Lakuridanda HP. The selected six HPs are:
- Lakuridanda HP
- Boch HP
- Bhushafeda HP
- Katakuti HP
- Ghyangsukathokar HP
- Lapilang HP
The level has been cleared and foundation wall has been built. The progress has recently halted as the supply of required materials to the site has been compromised owing to acute fuel shortage in the last week of September. |

Report received. Reconstruction team has gone to 17/21 sites so far. Out of them, work is going smoothly in 10/21 sites. Work has not yet started in 2/21 sites (Marbu, Namdu) as the sub-contractors are yet to be identified. In 1/21 site (Bhirkot), there is a functional health post building and the next step is still not clear. In 4/21 sites, there still have been land issues. |

Report received. Nyaya Health Nepal’s rebuilding team has reached to 20/21 sites. Boch HP has been completed and is scheduled to be inaugurated on March 3. Rebuilding work is going on in 10/21 sites. |

Report received. Boch, Mali and Lakuridanda health posts have been completed. Rebuilding work is going on in 9/21 sites. |

Report received. Rebuilding work has been completed in 6 of 21 sites: Boch, Mali, Lakuridanda, Sahare, Hawa, and Bhusafeda. Rebuilding work is going on in another 9 sites including work started in three new sites in May after clearance on land issue: Orang, Marbu and Lamidanda HP. Consultation with DHO is going on to address the land issues in the remaining 6 sites. |
